Sue Colton
Sue’s expertise surround the psychological contract at work. A business psychologist, she also has an MA in HR Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD, and is a qualified behaviour assessor. She previously worked for NatWest Group in various senior roles before moving to KPMG as a Management Consultant. She has run her own company for over 20 years. Supporting businesses to better engage and motivate employees, typical contracts include:
- undertaking psychometric assessments (including assessment centres) and behaviour profiling for recruitment, selection and development purposes, across all grades and industries, but primarily at C-Suite level.
- developing and assessing leadership capability and team culture/dynamics
- designing systems and processes to support the psychological contract employees have with their employers, for example designing competency frameworks, job family modelling systems and career pathways
- working with businesses to embed, improve and sustain employee engagement, embracing the fundamental principles of workplace wellbeing
- designing, implementing and analysing the results of employee engagement surveys;
- providing redundancy/ outplacement support, and career coaching to individuals and groups
Qualifications
A certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP) with the Association of Business Psychology (ABP), she is also a qualified behaviour assessor and psychometric tester, registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS), holding the EFPA accredited European Test User Certificate Level 2 in Work & Organisational Assessment and the BPS’s Level B Intermediate Plus certificate in Psychometric Testing. She is also an Executive committee member of The Psychometrics Forum (TPF) – the UK’s leading independent group of psychometric practitioners. She has access to all the most widely used instruments available, covering both ability and personality assessment tools, including SHL/OPQ, 16PF, NEO-PI, Leadership Judgement Inventory (LJI), WAVE, Lumina Spark, FIRO B, MBTI Step II, MMTIC, Hogan, WPI, Implicitly, Talent Q, P;M 360 as well as a wide battery of ability tests.
Chris Koniecko
Chris is a Business Psychologist and coach with a specialisation in workplace engagement and leadership development. Chris started his career working in financial services where he developed relationships with corporate clients across a variety of sectors. His more recent roles have seen him managing client relationships and delivering projects with senior stakeholders at an international level, working as a consultant.
Having undertaken a MSc research project on the career aspirations of Generation Y workers and engagement in the workplace, and several years spent supporting the development of senior executives at C-suite level, Chris has experience of working with individuals at all levels in organisations. He has worked with organisations from small start-ups to large multinational corporates in the public and private sectors. His recent engagements have included working with businesses in the retail, leisure, hospitality and property sectors with a specific focus on helping leaders to improve workplace engagement.
In addition to completing a MSc in Business Psychology and being a member of the ABP (Association of Business Psychologists) as well as a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) certified coach, Chris also holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton. He is qualified in the use of Hogan personality assessment tools (HPI, HDS and MVPI). Chris is passionate about helping individuals and organisations find, and retain, the right people and giving them the tools they need to succeed. Typical contracts have included.
- Undertaking psychometric assessments and behaviour profiling for recruitment, selection and development purposes, often at C-Suite
- Scoping and undertaking of organisational-wide culture surveys and delivering feedback to executives and further training to management teams.
- Delivering career transition training workshops through face-to-face and virtual methods, as well as providing 1:1 coaching for leaders and individuals for career development and transition purposes.
- Assembling and facilitating panels of senior executives from multinational organisations for the purposes of ‘stress testing’ strategies.
- Working with groups of graduates to improve behavioral competence, for example presentation skills and resilience capability.
- Facilitating and engaging with discussions between partners in founder-led businesses to build sustainable growth strategies.
Dr Charlotte Kerr Charlotte is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and specialist Organisational Consultant focused on assessing people for their professional risk appetite, levels of resilience and neurodiversity profile.
Corporate risk and resilience:
Charlotte has extensive experience assessing personal, professional, corporate and reputational risk in both the private and public sector. She is a specialist in analysing pre- deployment vulnerability and strengths along with role suitability up to c-suite level. Charlotte is trained in psychometric instruments and combines these with bespoke interview techniques to provide expert assessments of behaviour, motivation and risk.
Since 2016 she has provided recruitment, performance and vetting psychological expertise to the Ministry of Defence (MOD), the Metropolitan Police Counter-Terrorism Unit and the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Typical contracts would include:
- Recruitment assessment focusing on personal, professional and reputational risk
- Pre-employment assessment for high-risk and/or high-profile posts
- Behavioural profiling and identification of strengths and challenges
- Coaching for performance enhancement, motivation and behaviour

Neurodiversity:
In 2010, Charlotte was employed by the first ever nationalist specialist clinic in the UK for adults with Autism and ADHD and now leads on clinical assessment and intervention in this area. In a corporate setting, Charlotte offers pragmatic consultancy to high functioning neurodiverse adults, their managers and teams, enabling them all achieve their full potential in the workplace. In 2021 she designed and launched the neurodiversity strategy for the FCDO, which was also disseminated across other government departments.
Typical contracts could include:
- Clinical consultant level ADHD and Autism assessments, which include reports and verbal feedback
- Tailored coaching sessions for individuals and line managers
- Creating neurodiverse operating practices to support individuals and surrounding teams to capitalise on their combined strengths.
- Designing and delivering bespoke training for teams, departments and organisations.
Amy Huskisson Amy brings over 15 years of expertise in psychological services, with a unique background spanning from forensic psychology to corporate training and consultancy. Her journey began in the field of forensic psychology, where she honed her skills in offender treatment, therapeutic interventions and risk assessment and contingency planning. However, it was her firsthand experience witnessing the high rates of burnout among healthcare colleagues that ignited her passion for supporting employee health and wellbeing.
Transitioning into corporate training and consultancy, Amy’s focus shifted towards empowering teams to thrive in their professional environments. Drawing from her background in forensic psychology, she developed a resilience package for health workers, which garnered attention from businesses seeking her expertise in stress management and resilience training.
Amy’s commitment to supporting individuals extends beyond training sessions; she is also a dedicated coach, helping people build confidence in both their personal and professional lives. Known for her no-nonsense, light-hearted approach to mental health and wellbeing, Amy creates a supportive and engaging learning environment where participants feel empowered to prioritise their mental health.
With academic credentials including a BSc in Psychology (2:1), an MSc in Forensic Psychology (with distinction), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Case Formulation, Amy is well-equipped to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her expertise extends to various therapies, risk assessment methodologies, and psychometrics, ensuring that her interventions are both thorough and effective.
Angie Goldberg
Angie is an experienced and versatile learning and development professional, and a specialist in diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Her principal areas of focus are inclusive management and leadership; unconscious bias; addressing bullying and harassment; career management; diversity-confident recruitment, and reverse mentoring programmes.
She has a multi-sector portfolio including central government; financial services; the legal sector; the theatre and the arts; higher education; charitable and not-for-profit; and television, media, and publishing. She has worked both nationally and internationally and brings strong cross-cultural intelligence. She collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders. Notable clients include the European Investment Bank; GlaxoSmithKline; UK Parliament, the United Nations, the BBC, Comic Relief, and the University of Cambridge.
She has worked extensively across professional boundaries from housing caretakers to team leaders, functional heads, directors, partners, CEO’s and boards. Angie is both an accredited coach (Institute of Leadership and Management) and an accredited psychometric assessor (British Psychological Society). Sera Johnston
Sera brings over 25 years in the training & development industry, with 18 years in the NHS (11 years as a people manager) and previously in corporate settings, crafting and honing her skills in team, leadership and management development. As a result of Sera’s extensive experience in the industry she was awarded Fellow with the Institute of CPD.
As a L&D Strategist, CPD accredited training provider and CPD accredited coach, Sera’s ability to understand and quickly identify underlining issues faced by organisations is matched by her unique approach in achieving results through collaborative working. Her drive to supporting leaders, managers, teams and organisations to evolve and thrive is in her DNA. Confronting challenges and toxic cultures to cultivate a thriving workplace environment, in a positive intentional way that acknowledges existing issues within team dynamics and management approaches, while equipping leaders and managers with the right skills at the right time to stand out authentically are Sera’s specialities.
Sera has worked with large NHS Trusts, NHS England and corporate organisations. Her ethos is enabling change that is embedded in the workplace and not just delivered in the classroom, by providing tailored solutions specific to the need rather than just the want. In addition, Sera is an International Bestselling Author, Master NLP Practitioner, Coaching Supervisor, Health Coach, Emotional Intelligence (ECR 360) Facilitator/trainer, Transactional Analysis and currently completing a Certificate in Neurodiversity and Inclusion. She is a member of the Association of NLP, UKI Health Coaching Association and Association of Coaching.
